hey ive seen you at bromont and would like some feed back on how you like the reign.. i had a reign x my self, got half of it stolen and now i have a chance to get the frame back, it obviously wont be stock if i rebuild (totem solo, alex supraD on hope, formula the one brakes....) i know that it doesnt feel bottomless but do you think its raceable? stiffer coil maybe? i dont ride hard but i do go big yknow and i never really had the chance to ride the reaign like a wanted to at bromont bcz of the loss and all...
thanks

Check the answer on Pinkbike regarding the Reign back shock. You are right about the travel on the Reign fitted with it's standard shock being 6 " travel.
I have however changed the back shock to another shock (Fox Vanilla coil) which has a longer travel (2,25") but still has the same eye to eye length to that of the fox air shock. I find a great improvement for harder riding, but I had to increase the front suspension to 160 mm in order to balance the front and back suspension.
Do not have a photo at hand, but will send one if you don't believe me.
Cheers
