slacken ? , of course. Been running the boxxer on that bike since mid season last summer , works out great.
works like a 203mm fork on a 6.7 inch travel bike produced for 160-170mm fork.
i figur the head angle to be around 65 now.
havent ridding since i increased the crown height.

it's good to see things like that.

Boxxers are THE reference in DH Racing. I have to belive that this new model is probably better.
But ,Rock Shox have been saying that the Boxxer didnt really needed some work since it was already pretty close to perfection.
i can understand the bigger stanchions , but personnaly , i always loved those smaller ones , i think that some , like the Fox 40 , looks just to bulky , heavy for nothing.
i love my 08 Team , but that probably what i will be putting on my next DH bike.
cant go wrong whit a Boxxer , lets hope this new one is even better.

i hate when sports associate whit products that suck like Monster , Red Bull and soft drinks like Pepsi and Coke.These are just garbage , pure meth style power to sell to influencial kids. Pure mega capital $$ crap that makes me want to light up a molotov cocktail.
Gatorade is different. It's got actual benefit for bodys that are de-hydrated.

There are other way that emerging sports like MTB can evolve and get funding. This is just corporated tagging.

i have an addiction to biking and a 10 months baby.
although i can feel in my guts and heart how much fun this could be , i would never do it.
the crashing could be desastrous , but we put the baby in the car everyday(almost) and we all know how dangerous car accidents can be. it's the impact of landing jumps that would worrie me the most. as smooth as the landing could be , i think it can do some serious dammmage.
